I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, airy, and located upstairs with a newly remodeled bathroom, providing a comfortable experience. The service was excellent overall, especially accommodating our late check-in and early departure, although there was a minor issue with noise disturbance at night. The location was convenient, very close to Woodbury Shopping Centre, offering easy access to shopping areas and nearby restaurants. The dining options were decent, but there could have been more variety for a better experience. The facilities were well-maintained, making my stay enjoyable.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not as clean as expected, especially the floor carpet, and had an unpleasant smell. On the other hand, the two king-size beds were quite comfortable. The service was convenient as the hotel was near all shopping areas, but the staff seemed a bit touchy about taking pictures in the lobby. The location was excellent, being very close to the woodbury outlets, which was my main objective of the visit. Dining options were limited, with just toast, cereals, coffee, and juice available for breakfast. However, the recommended Cosimos restaurant was a great suggestion for a meal. Overall, the hotel has its ups and downs, with cleanliness and dining being areas that need improvement.
